Return and Exchange Policy The allowed period for return and exchange is (7 days) from the date of receiving the shipment. In case of an error by the store in one of the products, such as receiving a different perfume than ordered, leakage, or breakage, the customer will be compensated and their problem will be solved as quickly as possible, provided they contact within (7 days) from the date of receiving the shipment. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Return (1) Offers consisting of more than one perfume are not eligible for partial return. (2) The return fee is 30 riyals from the invoice value. (3) If the perfume box has been opened and used in any way, perfumes cannot be returned. Exchange In case of wishing to exchange products, please contact the customer service team via WhatsApp, taking into account the following: (1) The products must be in their original condition and perfumes must not have been opened or used. (2) The exchange fee is 25 riyals. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Orders outside Saudi Arabia are not eligible for exchange or return. The store has the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount paid by the customer in case perfumes are unavailable or if there is a technical issue. The process of returning perfumes by the shipping company takes (3 - 8 working days). The process of refunding the amounts takes (7 - 14 working days) from the receipt of the returned items.
